All our rooms are finished in the traditional style and have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All seven bedrooms are en-suite and have a television, radio alarm, tea and coffee making facilities. All of our rooms have free Wireless Internet for your use which is also accessible in the bar.

The family room can accommodate 2 children.

We offer a choice of breakfasts, Continental or English

Prices are based on Bed & Full English Breakfast per room per night:

Single with en-suite shower                           £45.00             per room per night
Double or Twin with en-suite shower              £75.00             per room per night
Double with en-suite bath                               £80.00             per room per night

Plus Adult or Child in portable bed £20.00

Premier Double with en-suite bath £85.00 per room per night

(Add £20 per child for Premier Double – max 2 children)

(Add £30 for one adult in settee bed)

(We also offer kennel facilities at £5.00 per night)

Rooms can be booked and secured over the phone with a £20 deposit. We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.

Cancellation and refund policy

By taking your reservation we agree to keep a room or rooms available to you to the exclusion of all others, for when you request it. In return we rely on customers who have made reservations in advance to give us fair notice of cancellation.
We request that where possible any cancellations should be made within the requested time periods specified below, preferably confirmed by letter, email or fax. It is also preferable that any cancellation or amendments to bookings should be made by the individual who made the initial booking.

Cancellations should be notified as soon as is practically possible, however:
For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, no charges will be payable, although any deposit already paid will be forfeited.
If cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation charge equal to one nights stay will be charged to the credit card used to secure the initial reservation.

Non cancellation / No shows

Failure to cancel and/or No shows will result in a charge of the full amount of the original booking.
We trust that our guests will consider this to be a fair and reasonable policy and confirmation of a reservation shall imply acceptance of these terms.
